Whatever happened, happened for good

The king of Virat Nagar Naamdev and his chief minister Arjun Singh were very good friends. They use to be always seen together. Some of other ministers use to make fun of their friendship that Naamdev and Arjun even go for rest room together.

Arjun Singh was very optimistic and a great devotee of lord Shiva, on every occasion he use to be very calm. He ‘ll make two comments on every situation:
“God Bless You” and “Whatever happened, happened for good”.

If there is good news, Arjun will say “God Bless You”, “Whatever happened, happened for good”. Even If someone died, Arjun Singh will make the same cool comments.

One morning when king Naamdev was on his regular morning walk, a masked man attacked the king. King was able to save himself, but during the fight, king lost his right-hands middle finger. The masked man ran away and no one could trace him.

All the ministers reached king’s palace to show their sympathy to king (just to get their brownie points). Arjun Singh also met king, and made his comments.
“Whatever happened, happened for good”.
King was already irritated and these comments made him crazy. He ordered to arrest Arjun Singh and put him in jail for insulting the king.

A month later King went for hunting in Sariska-van forest. During the hunting king lost his way and even his security personnel’s were left far behind. King reached to the kingdom of tribes ( आदिवासी).
Tribe’s army arrested Naamdev and took him to their chief. Tribe’s chief decided to scarifies kings life in honor of their god ( बलि).

Naamdev was tied to a pole and tribes started dancing on ‘hu la la’ song. Suddenly an old man said, “he don’t have finger, he donor have finger…he can not be executed”. Naamdev was immediately released as based on tribe’s custom a man should have all his body part available before he can be sacrifices in honor of their god.

As soon as king reached Virat Nagar, he ordered to release Arjun Singh from jail. Arjun Singh reached to king’s palace.
Naamdev said, “My dear friend you were very right, I am sorry, I couldn’t understand it and punished you for no reason”

Arjun Singh made his cool comments, “If I was not in Jail, I must have accompanied you for hunting, and tribes might have killed me instead of you, because I do have all my body parts intact, So Whatever happened, happened for good”.

God bless you……sometime we curse god. but later we may realize why it happened.
